Overview

Our program emphasizes hands on learning, while adhering to the guidelines established by the national certification board. Our graduates are eligible to sit for the national certification exam, although this is not required in Massachusetts.

We designed our program to produce massage therapists with excellent technical skills. Our graduates are prepared to begin their professional career immediately upon licensure, without any time necessary to “get up to speed”. We start you working on your hands-on massage skills the first day of the Beginning class.

1. The Beginning Class
2. The Winter Class
3. The Summer Class
4. The Advanced Class

The Beginning class and the Advanced class are both offered every Spring and Fall. They both have the same daily schedules, with the Beginning Class lasting 8 weeks, and the Advanced Class lasting 6 weeks, not including vacation breaks. Students may switch from day to night classes at will.

Students must complete 200 hours of practice in the student clinic. You may start practicing in the student clinic upon completion of the Beginning class, and you may also participate in the student clinic while taking the Summer, Winter, and Advanced classes.
